All orders are shipped using Australia Post and are insured accordingly. Before our products are shipped, each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition.
Timing.
To avoid delays in receiving your parcel please provide a shipping address where you know there will be someone available to sign for it.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday and all orders received before 2pm AEST (Monday – Friday) on the same business day.
*Please note: During peak periods (Sale or Public Holiday periods), same day dispatch may not be applicable due to a high volume of orders received.
Damaged parcels.
Plain Janes is not liable for any damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address.
Stolen parcels.
It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Plain Janes is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.
Customer must contact Australia Post if these incidents occur.
International Customs & Taxes.
It is the customer's responsibility to be informed of any local customs & taxes charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order.
