Please read carefully to avoid disappointment. By choosing to shop with PJS, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

Plain Janes believes in providing high quality products and we are confident that you will love what you have purchased from us. However, if you decide to change your mind for any reason we offer the below. 

 

We offer EXCHANGE and STORE CREDIT options only. 

To exchange for credit it is essential that items are:

- Returned within 14 days of delivery

- The item returned is unworn, in its original condition and with tags still attached.

EARRINGS, SWIMWEAR & JEWELLERY

- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for earrings or swimwear.

- Shoes must be tried on soft surfaces before wearing, and must be returned in their original packaging without sole markings or scratches.

Returns will be approved at Plain Janes discretion.

All marked down products are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Failure to meet these conditions may result in your return being sent back to you at an additional charge.

 

Please contact hello@plainjanesstore.com to obtain instructions before returning a product. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

You will need to provide proof of purchase. We will supply you with a return authority and instructions on how to return the product.  Please note you are responsible for returning the product to Plain Janes and all charges incurred are at your expense.

It is required that items are returned using registered post with the appropriate insurance to ensure items are secure in transit. Once we receive returned product as long as it is unworn and in its original condition including any tags or packaging we will provide you with a store credit.

FAULTY

 

All items are carefully inspected and packaged before they are shipped. We sincerely hope you never receive a faulty item. If you do, please contact us at hello@plainjanesstore.com with photos, proof of purchase, and details of the fault. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund promptly, based on an assessment from the manufacturer. 

If the manufacturer confirms the fault, your refund will be processed within 2 weeks from the time we receive the item back.

All items need to be kept in original condition, unworn with tags still attached. Plain Janes will cover all postage costs if the item is deemed faulty. 

All refunds due to faulty items will be processed using original method of payment. 

Please note items that have been damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Plain Janes is not responsible for and will not accept the return of any item that is not returned in a new, unused and unworn condition. All returns must be authorised by Plain Janes.

PRE-ORDER

If you happen to have a change of mind for a pre-order we will happily cancel your order in exchange for store credit only. 

 

Please note in the unfortunate, rare circumstance the item ordered has been sold simultaneously in store, Plain Janes will attempt to re-order the item, however if sold out, you will have the choice of store credit, exchange or full refund.
