Pocket Rituals - Self Care Cards

Self-care doesn’t need to be extravagant, sometimes it’s as simple as taking a few conscious breaths. I created the Pocket Ritual Cards to encourage you to pause and take a moment (or a few) for yourself every day. Each morning, choose a card - I like to think of it as a message from the universe. Let this be your moment to recommit to you, to intentionally creating space for self-care in your day. From my own experience, I know that showing up as our best selves requires us to look after ourselves, yet so often, we place ourselves at the bottom of the to-do list. Consider this a gentle reminder to slow down, tune in, and nourish yourself.
