Mary Valley Food Co, Dried Lime. Over 5 million tonnes of food ends up as landfill in Australia every year. Locally, we noticed a lot of produce was falling to the ground and not being used. We decided to start Mary Valley Food Company so we could support local farmers and reduce the amount of food going to waste. Our dried lime is handcrafted in the Mary Valley and our produce is sourced from local farms. We currently get our limes from our family farm in Amamoor, Gilldora Grove, Sublime Orchard and Kenyana Farm. 50g Jar.
