Mary Valley Food Co, Dried Lemon large jar, 125g. Over 5 million tonnes of food ends up as landfill in Australia every year. Locally, we noticed a lot of produce was falling to the ground and not being used. We decided to start Mary Valley Food Company so we could support local farmers and reduce the amount of food going to waste. Our dried lemon is handcrafted in the Mary Valley and our produce is sourced from local farms.
